DD Valve

DD Valves are dual line valves that are completely hydraulic in operation. They will deliver either oil or grease, are fully and individually adjustable in regard to discharge quantity and are equipped with operational indicators. Each DD valve serves two bearings. However, by a simple method of cross-porting, it will serve one. For example, a four-valve block can actually serve anywhere between four and eight bearings.

DDM/SDM Modular Valve

Modular dual line valves are ideal for applications where a range of lubrication amounts is needed from a single block. All the moving parts are in the module. The module connects to a manifold (2 to 20 outlets) The DDM/SDM dual line modules can be replaced individually, so you don''t have to change an entire block in the event of a malfunction.

DM Valve

Farval Dualine DM lubricating valves are completely hydraulic in operation, will deliver either oil or grease, are fully and individually adjustable in regard to discharge quantity, and are equipped with operational indicators. DM Series valves always have one discharge port per valve section located on the bottom of the valve.

PVB Mobile Divider Valve

PVB Mobile Divider Valves accurately meter and dispense lubricant to as many as 20 outlet lines at operating pressures up to 3600 psi (248 bar). Output volumes are fixed at 0.17cc (0.01 cu. in.) per cycle but can be combined with other outlets by using appropriate fittings for larger outputs. Valves are available with cycle indicator pins to provide visual confirmation of system operation. In addition the cycle pin can be fitted with a switch to provide electrical feedback to a system controller.

3000 Series Divider Valve Manifold

The 3000 Series progressive divider valve manifold distributes and proportions incoming oil or grease to bearing points.

A typical divider valve manifold consists of an inlet section, three to ten valves and an end section. One assembly can serve up to a maximum of 20 lubrication points.

CXL Injectors & Manifolds

Designed for use in single line high pressure automatic grease systems, CXL Injectors deliver precise volumes of lubricant at predetermined intervals. Injectors are normally mounted in manifolds in close proximity to the points of lubrication. A wide selection of discharge rates combined with a corrosion resistant finish make this product ideally suited for mobile applications.

DX Manifold

The DX Manifold has multiple valves designed for use with any conventional, portable type, lubrication gun to serve a limited number of bearings where the installation of a complete central station would not be justified. This unit is being widely used for lubrication of materials handling equipment, trucks, presses, machine tools and on both large and small pieces of equipment with isolated groups of bearings.

FD Series Divider Valve

FD series divider valves are designed for use with series progressive oil and grease lubrication systems. They are of two piece, steel construction with viton O-ring seals. FD valves will serve 2, 3, 4 or 6 points of lubrication. The 2, 3 and 4 point divider valves require .08 cu in to complete one full cycle. An FD-6 divider valve requires .06 cu in to complete one full cycle.

FL-32 Injector

Single and manifold injectors are adjustable up to .008 cubic inches discharge per cycle.

Each manifold includes two mounting clips and screws.

Can be used in ExactoServe PDI lubrication systems.

Vent Valve

Vent Valve is used with FL Series Injectors to relieve system pressure back to reservoir after a lubrication cycle. With a pneumatically operated pump, air pressure would be applied to the Vent Valve at the same time air pressure is supplied to the pump. When air pressure is relieved from pump and Vent Valve, lubricant moves past the valve seat and out the vent port. Normally, this lubricant would be piped back to the pump reservoir

Quick Connect Meter Units

Meter units are oil proportioning devices for cyclic systems. Each outlet of a lubricating system is controlled by a meter unit. The lubricator in the system dispenses known amounts of oil to the distribution network and meter units deliver this oil in varying amounts to the bearing points.

Quick Connect Meter Units

Quick Connect Meter Units are oil proportioning devices for cyclic systems. Each outlet of a lubricating system is controlled by a meter unit. The lubricator in the system dispenses known amounts of oil to the distribution network and meter units deliver this oil in varying amounts to the bearing points. They are ideal for Single Line Resistance (SLR) systems due to their high burst rate: 362 psi (25 bar).
