Flow Control Valves

HAWE flow control valves are designed to provide smooth velocity control. Available in 2- and 3-way flow control valves in several mounting options with pre-set, tool adjustable, or proportional control, they may be used in a wide field of application due to the various actuation options available.

Flow Dividers

HAWE flow dividers are used for applications where one pump is required to supply two unevenly loaded actuators that must be driven simultaneously and independently (TQ), or if one actuator requires priority flow (TV). Pipe and manifold-mounted connections are available with flows to 53 gpm and pressures up to 5,075 psi.

Orifices and Restricter Valves

Orifice inserts EB are part of the flow valve family, whereas the restrictor check valves BE and BC are a combination orifice and check valves. They are used to limit the flow during switching operations of directional valves. The insert will restrict flow to prevent accumulators from discharging too rapidly.

Throttle Valves

HAWE throttle valves are flow valves used in hydraulic circuits to control the flow of single and double acting actuators. The slot-type throttle resists contamination that otherwise clogs annular-gap valve designs. Q, QR, and QV are used to limit the flow in accumulator and control circuits. The ED and RD throttle valves are an annular-gap design. CQR and CQV have check-valve functions via a shim-like valve element for immediate response. AV and CAV are screw-in valves that generate a pressure drop between inlet and outlet to control the speed of cylinders in accumulator circuits, the flow in control circuits, or can function as a safeguard for a pressure gauge.

Product Overview: Q, QR, QV, FG | ED, RD, RDF | CQ, CQR, CQV | AV, AVT, CAV
