SC400 Controller

The SC400 Controller is a full featured lubrication control, offering “two plus one” functionality: Two independent lubrication zones may be programmed with a single controller, plus control of one automatic reservoir fill system.

SMAC Controller

The SMAC Controller is a multi-purpose programmable controller used with industrial lubrication systems. Controller settings are saved whenever power is interrupted. Up to four operating modes can be selected which allows the controller to be used with various lubrication system designs. The controller is available in both 110 and 220 VAC service.

SMC Controller

The SMC Controller is available in various timer and divider valve cycle count-based models, with adjustable on and off ranges to control electric motor-driven lubrication systems. The controller has the ability to detect abnormal operating situations.

SMDC Controller

The SMDC Mobile Controller is a multi-purpose programmable controller used with on-board mobile lubrication systems. The unit is energized by the vehicle or machine’s ignition switch. Controller settings are saved whenever power is interrupted. Up to four operating modes can be selected which allows the controller to be used with various lubrication system designs. A voltage selector switch is located inside the enclosure for both 12 and 24 VDC service.

SS2200 Controller

The SS2200 Remote Controller is a microprocessor-based programmable controller specifically designed to control single line and dual line centralized lubricating systems. The remote controller will operate on time or machine cycles and will control electric or motor-driven lubricators. The controller is housed in a NEMA 4X polycarbonate enclosure with a clear front cover. Precise LEDindicators clearly display idle, lube or fault modes, and a three-digit numerical display used during both programming and lube system operation.

SS4500 Controller

The SS4500 Controller is designed to operate, control and monitor all types of lubrication systems. The unit is programmed by the customer in the controller's set-up mode. The unit prompts several questions about the system and the customer tailors the SS4500's operating mode by entering data relating to the lube system they have designed.
